Account: Healthcare
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
Salary: 100k - 105K (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)
Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare account, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact between the BPO company and the healthcare client.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by both internal and external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and regulations.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO company.

Language Proficiency:
- Must be proficient in English.

Education:
- Educational background: At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate.

Location:
- We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately.

- Target Start Date: ASAP.
