Qualifications

 Good domain knowledge in US Healthcare Industry and ability to drive effective knowledge management in the team.

 Technology savvy, advanced understanding of medical billing and workflow systems from a business user perspective.

 Strong skills with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, and other business applications

Responsibilities

 Manage a portfolio of multiple large client engagement, Span of Control: 1500-2000 associates

 Leading and mentoring a highly motivated, high-performance team of A/R Team Leads (5-8)

 Providing operational and people leadership to enable the teams to meet the performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs) around production targets, productivity, quality, attrition, and other people related measures

 Lead end-to-end client engagement through established governance framework and reporting. Lead periodic/monthly performance review calls with Client Operations Leads

 Ensure timely distribution of internal and external performance reports

 Drive high-performance team culture through hands-on and direct management style. Ensure consistent achievement of SLA’s and KPIs for respective client engagements

 Identify and drive training interventions to keep the team ahead of the learning curve.

 Strictly implement and ensure adherence to all applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory guidelines

 Drive continuous improvement projects by deploying LEAN Six Sigma methodology

 Ensure timely and accurate invoicing

 Manage all people management functions, including absenteeism, attrition, performance reviews, disciplinary issues, and employee satisfaction

 Enable effective delivery by coordinating with internal corporate support teams (HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Transport, etc.) for all

 Good domain knowledge and ability to drive effective knowledge management in the group. Encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

 Participate and contribute in enterprise capability building in various functions, including business development, presales, solutions, and transitions
