Location: Makati & Davao
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Graveyard Shift
Salary: PHP 28,800 – PHP 40,000 per month
Teleperformance is hiring experienced Operations Supervisors for the Telco / Telco Sales account. We are looking for strong leaders with BPO operations experience who can manage teams, drive performance, and deliver excellent customer service results.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day customer service operations
Lead, coach, and supervise a team of agents
Monitor team performance and ensure KPI targets are achieved
Handle customer escalations and operational concerns
Improve team productivity, quality, and overall process efficiency
Support both technical and non-technical customer service operations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Operations Supervisor in a BPO setup
Background in Telco or Telco Sales is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite on a graveyard shift
Strong candidates without telco experience may still be considered based on overall profile and leadership experience.
