WORK SET UP: Onsite

Work Shift Schedule: Night Shift/ Shifting

Location: Manila

Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions using Pentaho BI Suite. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Develop and maintain data solutions using Pentaho BI Suite

• Create and manage data pipelines for efficient data processing.

• Implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data migration and deployment.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pentaho BI Suite.

• This position is based at our Manila office and ideal candidate must be amenable to work onsite

• Must not be a job hopper or the candidate will be rejected.

• Not a former or current employee of the client

• No active application with the client

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pentaho BI Suite.

• Strong understanding of data engineering principles.

• Experience in designing and implementing data solutions.

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.

• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization techniques.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pentaho BI Suite.

• Minimum 3 year(s) of relevant experience is required
