Job Title: Platform Architecture Lead

Location: BGC Taguig or Makati | Setup: Hybrid/RTWO | Shift: Night/Shifting

Salary: ₱75K–₱130K | Experience: 5–8 years

We are hiring a Platform Architecture Lead for a leading financial institution (Bank of the Philippines). The role focuses on designing, governing, and maintaining platform and ServiceNow architectures to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

10–12 years’ experience developing and maintaining Service Catalogues.

Certified ServiceNow Architect with strong communication skills.

Skilled in automation identification and implementation.

Experience assessing ServiceNow and ITSM-related tools, embedding governance controls, and defining integration standards.

Ability to maintain platform inventories, ownership structures, and lifecycle policies.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Service Management, Service Integration, and ITIL 4 (or V3).

Basic Project Management skills.

Other Details:

Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig or Makati.

Stable employment record (no short-term job hopping).

Not a current or former TCS employee.

USP: Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, integration governance, and platform optimization in financial environments.
