About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Lead to drive transformative improvements within our Healthcare account. You will be responsible for leading process optimization initiatives, managing transitions, and guiding a team of specialists. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and automation to enhance operational quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma, automation, and analytics.

Establish and maintain operational controls through proactive monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation.

Manage new transitions effectively, focusing on metric definition, SLA standardization, and issue tracking.

Drive ideation and manage a portfolio of small to large-scale projects.

Mentor, guide, and lead a team of Black Belts.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Certification: Must be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB certification is highly preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, or quality management.

Methodology Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and Minitab. Knowledge of process automation identification and program management.

Core Skills: Proven experience in transition management, metric design, and quality control.
