Position: Project Based Agent
Account: Video Streaming
Key Qualifications:
- Fresh grads & career shifters are welcome
- No BPO experience required if a college graduate
- Open to 2nd-year college graduates with no back subjects
- Preferably with 6 months of BPO experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Okay for project-based employment for 4 months
- Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be answering customers' queries via phone, email, or chat
- Identify the client's problem and troubleshoot if necessary to find the solution
- Document each action you take and categorize cases and possible bugs
- Provide general and technical support to customers who use any of our client's paid products
- Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures
Salary Package: Up to 23k package + 25k completion bonus
