Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, with at least 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in program coordination.

• Experienced professional with 2-3 years in various fields, passionate about mental health advocacy.

•An inherent interest in mental health, resilience, coping skills, and positive psychology, showcasing a passion for promoting wellbeing in workplace environments.

• Adept at report writing

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential for coordinating programs and collaborating with various stakeholders effectively.

• A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, emphasizing innovation, flexibility, and a strong sense of pride in contributing positively to workplace culture.

• Must not be a former or current employee of Wipro

Job Summary:

• Proactively assist in the implementation and collaboration of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the Cebu location, from Managers to the Reviewers.

• Facilitate effective collaboration with identified internal and external stakeholders—including business and operations teams as well as third-party vendors—to ensure the smooth execution of Wellbeing and Resilience programs.

• Maintain open, timely, and effective communication, offering proactive feedback that is crucial to the success of these initiatives.

• Partner closely with third-party vendors, co-creating innovative programs and actively seeking feedback to adapt our mental health campaigns that meet the ongoing needs of our employees.

• Assist in the preparation of regular reports that demonstrate program success and areas for improvement, contributing important insights to stakeholders.

• This role features a hybrid work setup, based in the bustling environment of Cebu City, allowing for flexibility in your work routine
