Job Title: Project Management
Account: Financial
Work Setup: Hybrid setup at our Taguig site | Graveyard Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Management professional to join our Financial Account team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring efficient execution of tasks, maintaining clear communication among stakeholders, and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. This position is best suited for detail-oriented, proactive individuals with experience in PMO/PCO roles within a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate meetings effectively, document minutes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders through email and other channels.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and reporting activities.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, take minutes, and respond to emails professionally.
- Detail-oriented and experienced in working within a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrates leadership skills, takes initiative, is a self-starter, and has strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- PMO/PCO experience is required.
- Open to candidates from any industry; priority will be given to those with experience in an audit firm.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance is required.
- Must not be a present or former employee of CGI.
- Must not be a job hopper (defined as having less than one year of tenure per company
