Job Title: Project Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Management professional to join our Financial Account team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring efficient execution of tasks, maintaining clear communication among stakeholders, and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. This position is best suited for detail-oriented, proactive individuals with experience in PMO/PCO roles within a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Facilitate meetings effectively, document minutes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.

Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders through email and other channels.

Support project planning, resource allocation, and reporting activities.

Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks when necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with standards.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Qualifications:

Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, take minutes, and respond to emails professionally.

Detail-oriented and experienced in working within a technology-driven environment.

Demonstrates leadership skills, takes initiative, is a self-starter, and has strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

PMO/PCO experience is required.

Open to candidates from any industry; priority will be given to those with experience in an audit firm.

2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance is required.

Must not be a present or former employee of CGI.

Must not be a job hopper (defined as having less than one year of tenure per company
