Project Manager (Cebu)

Work Setup: Night and shifting schedule, onsite

Location:Cebu, Philippines

Salary Range: Open (Confidential)

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant managerial experience

Description / Requirements:

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities to achieve Global Payroll Organization’s program goals. This role is critical in the company’s drive towards Superior Execution and standardization within payroll. The ideal candidate should demonstrate creativity and flexibility in creating and driving project plans, managing execution, and aligning priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Must Have:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 10+ years’ experience in Project Management and Performance Excellence

- Solid Program Management skills

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Client Relationship Management experience

- Strategic thinking and execution abilities

- Strong oral and written English communication skills

Good to Have:

- Experience in Operational Excellence or Improvement roles

- Experience working within the company

- Experience in a global, virtual environment across time zones

- Knowledge of Japanese

- Project Management Professional or similar certifications
