Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/College Graduate, at least 2nd year completed
• At least 2 to 4 years of overall experience
• Should have at least 1 to 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in providing quality monitoring feedbacks in call centre/BPO - sales domain. This is mandated.
• Good communication skills
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
• Not a job hopper
