Are you a technically skilled QA professional with BPO experience? This role is for you!

YOU MUST HAVE:

2–4 years BPO experience in technical support, QA or ad tech
Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions)
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payload debugging
Knowledge of server-side tracking, webhooks and SDK implementation
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads or TikTok for Business
Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Conduct QA evaluations of support tickets, chats and escalation cases
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data pipelines and conversion tracking
Audit API integrations, webhook configurations and SDK implementations
Validate conversion tracking setups and attribution model outputs
Deliver coaching feedback and participate in calibration sessions
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly QA performance reports
