Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Digital Advertising
Salary: ₱80,000–₱85,000 package
Work Setup: Onsite – McKinley, Taguig
Shift Schedule: TBD
Role Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating the quality and accuracy of technical support interactions related to digital advertising platforms, APIs, conversion tracking, and data integrations. The role focuses on ensuring process compliance, improving support quality, and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Auditing
- Review tickets, chats, emails, and escalations using established QA scorecards.
- Assess technical accuracy, communication quality, process adherence, and resolution effectiveness.
- Identify recurring quality gaps and maintain accurate audit records.
Data Validation & Analytics
- Use SQL to validate data pipelines, conversion events, attribution data, and reporting accuracy.
- Investigate anomalies such as duplicate records, missing events, and attribution discrepancies.
- Develop QA reports, dashboards, and SLA metrics.
API & Integration QA
- Validate REST APIs, webhooks, SDK implementations, and server-side tracking configurations.
- Review JSON/XML payloads for schema compliance, authentication issues, and error handling.
- Verify event instrumentation, webhook delivery, and integration workflows.
Conversion Tracking & Ads Platform QA
- Evaluate pixel, server-side, and hybrid tracking implementations.
- Review attribution models, event quality, and marketing analytics metrics such as ROAS and CPA.
- Assess support cases related to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Conversions API (CAPI), and ad policies.
Documentation, Coaching & Reporting
- Develop test cases, QA checklists, evaluation rubrics, and knowledge base content.
- Participate in calibration sessions and provide actionable feedback to support teams.
- Generate quality reports, monitor trends, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience in QA, technical support, or ad tech environments will be considered.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, technical support, ad tech, support engineering, or a related BPO environment.
- Experience in SaaS or platform-based support environments is preferred.
- Exposure to digital advertising platforms and marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
Technical Requirements
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, authentication, and error handling.
- Experience with JSON/XML payloads, Postman, browser developer tools, Charles Proxy, and logging tools.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, conversion tracking, attribution models, pixels, and Conversions API (CAPI).
