Role :Real Time Analyst
Location: Glorietta, Makati
Salary Budget: 27,000-30,000 basic + 2,000 NT Allowance + 5,000 Position Allowance
Work Set Up: On Site.
Night Shifts
Must Have: Real Time Monitoring, Intraday Reporting Exp
Tools Preferred: MS-Excel, IEX, E-WFM, Verint, Avaya
QUALIFICATIONS
• With at least 1-2 year of experience as Real-Time Analyst
• Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles, and procedures. Has working knowledge of the tools used (preferably eWFM and Verint) for monitoring and reporting and the use of computer and related software, including a working
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills (require proof)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
