Job title: Real Time Analyst

Work set up: 100% Onsite at Tech Tower, Cebu Business Park
Work shift: Shifting
Salary: up to 34K package
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/College Graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience as RTA
• Preferred: tools knowledge like IEX/Verint, or Genesys
• Handles real time adherance/scheduler tools
• Primary database: Excel (must know how to use)
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
• Not a job hopper
Recruitment Process:

• Tech Assessment: Ops via MS Teams
• Operations Interview: MS Teams
