Retail Customer Support Representative
Job Description: We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, returns, payments, and account concerns. You will provide excellent service through phone, chat, or email while ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Resolve customer concerns while meeting quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
