Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in mobile application testing on iOS and Android platforms

• Must have experience in testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Web applications and Salesforce backend functionality

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications

• Strong understanding of the full software testing lifecycle, including regression testing

• Solid experience with manual testing methodologies and QA best practices

Position Description:

The Salesforce & Mobile Application Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for end-to-end testing of iOS and Android mobile applications, as well as Salesforce web and backend platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality releases through strong regression testing, deep understanding of the testing lifecycle, and close collaboration with development and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Perform comprehensive manual testing of iOS and Android mobile applications.

. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce Web applications and Salesforce backend systems.

. Validate end-to-end business processes across Mobile, Web, and Backend platforms.

. Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.

. Lead and execute extensive regression testing for mobile and web applications.

. Participate in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and re-testing activities.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC.

. Support the transition from manual testing to test automation as part of the client's roadmap.

. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

. Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications.

. Experience supporting or leading the transition from manual testing to automated testing.

. Exposure to or hands-on experience with test automation tools (tool-agnostic).

. Experience testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

. Background in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
