Job Title: SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Category: ERP/CRM/Tools

Location: Taguig

Work set up: Taguig (3 days/week onsite)

Salary: PHP 120,000

Work schedule: EMEA/Mid-shift

Required Experience: 5+ years

Headcount: 2

Non-Negotiables:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MDM with at least 2-3 years' experience leading a team or project

• Must have 2+ years of experience in Governance

• Must have expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA MDG environments

• Strong expertise in SAP databases and master data management tools, including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

• Must have SAP consultancy experience

• Should be amenable to work in Taguig on a Midshift schedule.

Position Description:

We are seeking a Master Data Leader to oversee and manage master data within our SAP environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and accessibility of master data across all business processes. The successful candidate will define, implement, and monitor data management policies; centralize data within a unified repository; and collaborate closely with IT and business teams to drive effective data governance and operational excellence.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Oversee the creation, modification, and validation of master and reference data within the SAP environment.

. Maintain high standards of data quality by identifying and resolving duplicates, inconsistencies, and errors.

. Develop and implement control mechanisms, governance frameworks, and workflows to support effective data management.

. Serve as a key liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and the SAP project team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

. Contribute to SAP implementation projects, including the configuration and optimization of modules related to master data.

. Lead, mentor, and support the Master Data team (where applicable), fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

. Assess the impact of business process changes on data management and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

. 5+ years of experience in SAP MDG with at least 2-3 years' experience leading a Master Data Governance team or function, with demonstrated success in managing data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives.

. Strong expertise in SAP databases and master data management tools, including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).

. Solid understanding of business processes within supply chain, logistics, or finance, depending on the organization's focus area.

. Proven project management and team leadership abilities, with experience guiding cross-functional initiatives.

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

. Deep knowledge of data quality, governance, and security principles, with a track record of implementing best practices in these areas.

. Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
