Senior Administrator – IT Procurement
Location: Manila
Contract Type: IDIQ Staff Augmentation (Initial 3 months, subject to renewal)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite, as required)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Manila Time
Salary: 90,000
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Planning
Assist in the development and execution of procurement strategies and annual procurement plans
Monitor procurement milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Identify procurement risks and recommend mitigation measures
Vendor Management & Market Analysis
Conduct research and analysis of local and global IT vendor markets
Maintain updated supplier databases and vendor performance records
Support vendor sourcing initiatives for software, infrastructure, and managed services
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, review, and manage procurement documentation including RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, and evaluation reports
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial control guidelines, and IT project frameworks
Develop and maintain standardized procurement templates and documentation
Reporting & Systems Management
Utilize procurement systems (e.g., Coupa) to raise requisitions, generate purchase orders, and extract reports
Prepare procurement dashboards and performance tracking reports
Coordinate invoice validation and reconciliation with finance and billing teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with PMO, VMO, project administrators, and technical teams
Facilitate vendor meetings and ensure follow-through on action items
Support vendor performance reviews and evaluation processes
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end IT procurement projects (software, IT managed services, infrastructure, or network projects)
Experience supporting IT capital expenditure (CapEx) projects
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT procurement processes
Familiarity with global IT vendor markets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and O365 tools
Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa (preferred)
Understanding of software solution delivery, database, and system design concepts
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is an advantage
Certifications (Preferred)

Are you amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days onsite)?
Are you available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila Time?
