ob Title: Senior Training Manager
Location: Alabang
Salary Range: PHP 75,000 - 105,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to support the needs of the organization, with a focus on banking and capital markets.
- Manage a team of trainers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality training initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating them into training programs as appropriate.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to support their professional growth and development.
- Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- BPO experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, with a focus on banking and capital markets.
- Experience managing trainers for at least 5 years.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to work onsite in Alabang.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
