We’re looking for Senior Microsoft Power Platform Full-Stack Developers to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business solutions using the Power Platform stack. This is a hybrid role in Mandaluyong, with the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop front-end and back-end components with Power Apps (MDA & Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, custom connectors, APIs, and plug-ins
Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design UI/UX and solution components
Package and deploy solutions via CI/CD pipelines
Optimize solution performance, resolve issues/bugs, and ensure secure coding practices
Conduct data migration, demos, and UAT sessions
Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field
10+ years of professional experience in digital transformation & system design
5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics
3+ years experience in Agile delivery projects
Strong background in complex data structures & integrations
Technical & Soft Skills
Proficient in Power Platform, ADO
Advantage: AI component development, GIS experience
Desired: Power Platform Developer Certification
Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic
Not a job hopper (must show stability in past roles)
