Non-Negotiable Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have over seven years of hands-on experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes. Candidates should possess expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management). Experience working on large-scale SAP projects such as implementations, upgrades, or migrations is essential, ensuring the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves designing and implementing SAP Supply Chain solutions, gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements across planning, procurement, production, and distribution functions. The candidate will configure and implement SAP SCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas. Responsibilities also include developing dashboards and KPI scorecards, monitoring key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and production efficiency.

The candidate will collaborate closely with SAP MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM teams for integration and testing. Additionally, they will contribute to S/4HANA transformation initiatives, provide continuous process improvements, and enhance Supply Chain analytics to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
