Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor

McKinley, Taguig | Night Shift | Hybrid Setup (post-training) | Up to ₱65,000 Package

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and audit support, while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post accurate journal entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances efficiently
Analyze financial results and identify trends across reports
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Prepare financial statements and reporting packages
Manage large datasets and deliver insights through data analysis
Assist with audit requirements and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); CPA is a plus
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge in GL, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, accruals, and reconciliations
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
