Service Delivery Manager - USRN

Location: Cebu

Job Description:

· Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team.

· May oversee work activities of other supervisors.

· Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.

· Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities.

· Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external).

· Strong clinical acumen and has a good understanding of US Healthcare system

· Must be articulate in communication. Able to have clear and impactful conversations with stakeholders and top management.

· Strong people management and leadership experience for at least 3 years.

· Has worked on projects and able to continually drive operational excellence.

Nice to have skills:

· People Management and Leadership experience

· Defines, develops, and manages team KPIs through process compliance.

· Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt / Yellow Belt
