We Are Hiring – SharePoint Application Engineer (AE)

We are currently looking for an experienced SharePoint Application Engineer to support enterprise collaboration, document management, and business process automation initiatives.

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH / 3 Days Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5–10 years of SharePoint Administration experience

• Strong knowledge of:

SharePoint Hub Model
Security groups & permission management
Custom access configuration
Templates and site provisioning

• Hands-on experience with PowerApps & Power Automate

• Understanding of governance, compliance, and information security principles

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and be self-directed

• Stable employment history preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions

• Develop SharePoint solutions using SPFx and Power Platform

• Customize pages, workflows, and web parts

• Maintain governance, retention, compliance, and document lifecycle standards

• Build and automate workflows using Power Automate

• Manage SharePoint portals and Microsoft 365 integrations

• Support UAT, deployments, troubleshooting, and post go-live activities

• Work closely with stakeholders for requirements gathering and change management support
