Job Title: SharePoint Architect Lead
Location: Ortigas Pasig ADB Office
Shift: Day (8am–5pm) | Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite/week)
Salary: ₱130,000–₱140,000/month
The organization is driving a digital transformation to modernize collaboration and content management. SharePoint will be the central platform for document management, knowledge sharing, and workflow automation. The Lead SharePoint Architect will provide strategic guidance, technical leadership, and design expertise to ensure scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:

Architect SharePoint Online solutions integrated with Power Platform and Azure.

Lead intranet, collaboration, and workflow implementations.

Define site structure, security, and information architecture.

Establish coding standards and performance benchmarks.

Mentor teams on SPFx, governance, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with data policies and support user adoption.

Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Deliverables:

Architecture blueprint, governance frameworks, functional solutions, training, and optimization plans.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s in Computer Science; Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.

3–5 years in software design and SharePoint development.
-
2+ years with M365, SPFx; 4+ years in Azure/AWS, CI/CD, full stack (React, Angular, Node.js, Python).

Experience with GenAI, mobile apps, SEO, Agile, Azure DevOps, DataDog.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
