Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Shipping and Logistics Specialists. The role involves handling back-office processes and providing support solutions to customers across various industries such as Accounting, Finance, Shipping, and Logistics.
Responsibilities include:
Managing shipping and logistics documentation and transactions
Handling back-office and administrative support tasks
Coordinating with clients and internal teams regarding account concerns
Processing financial and accounting-related data accurately
Ensuring timely completion of customer requests and reports
Maintaining quality service and compliance with company standards
Qualifications
College Graduate (Finance & Accounting, Marketing, or related courses)
With or without relevant work experience
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to work onsite in Eastwood
