JOB TITLE: SIEM Associate Manager WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Cubao, Quezon City WORK SHIFT: Shifting Note: (Salary is confidential and the final salary offer will depend on the client and project they will be assigned)

Job Description: You will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve providing services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME • Collaborate and manage the team to perform. • Responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. • Develop and implement security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data. • Monitor security infrastructure for any vulnerabilities or breaches. • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) • With relevant experience in handling a team for two (2) years or more • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. • Experience in implementing security controls and protocols. • Knowledge of threat intelligence and incident response procedures. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the security domain.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). • This position is based at our Cubao office, with possible shifting schedule and hybrid work set-up • Open for those applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country are eligible for this role
