We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to drive monitoring, observability, and event management excellence across enterprise platforms. You will design standards, patterns, and automation strategies using Azure Monitor, KQL, ServiceNow Event Management, Grafana and APM tools. Collaborate with product, network, security, and operations teams to implement SLO/SLI-driven operations, reduce alert fatigue, accelerate incident response, and embed self-healing capabilities.
You will author reference architectures, runbooks, and event models, and coach teams on best practices. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in SRE roles, with 3+ years hands-on in Azure Monitor/App Insights (KQL) and ServiceNow Event Management
- Deep knowledge of telemetry, APM, network architecture (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI), ITSM processes, and AIOps vision
