Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) | Hybrid | Manila

We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team!

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH | 3 Days RTO)
Shift: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights (KQL), and ServiceNow Event Management
Strong expertise in Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, and APM implementations
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes
Knowledge of SLI/SLOs, monitoring, observability, and automation
Understanding of ITSM processes, network architecture, and security concepts

What You'll Do:
• Design and implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Build monitoring standards, event management models, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with product and operations teams to improve reliability, reduce alert noise, and shorten MTTR.
• Drive SLI/SLO adoption, self-healing initiatives, and continuous improvement across platforms.
