Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Up to ₱100,000)

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service 9! You'll provide top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking clients in a dynamic onsite setup.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in Spanish

- Provide product/service information and resolve concerns efficiently

- Offer excellent customer experience and support

- Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction

*Requirements:*

- High School graduate

- 2+ years BPO experience in Spanish support

- Filipino citizen

- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Amenable to shifting schedule and onsite work
