About the Role
We're looking for a SQL Technical Support Engineer to join a growing Trust & Safety team supporting a leading digital platform. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in SQL, Technical Support, SaaS, and Digital Advertising who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing data, and delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via voice channels, resolving SQL-related and application issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns involving SQL queries, databases, and SaaS platforms.
Analyze technical issues and provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions.
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and case resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and an excellent customer experience.
Maintain service quality while meeting productivity and performance metrics.
Qualifications
High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on SQL experience or experience supporting a SaaS platform.
At least 1 year of Digital Advertising experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms).
Technical Support or IT Helpdesk experience is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
IT-related educational background is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
