Designation/Role: Lead (Talent Acquisition)
Department: HR
Work Timing: Flexible
Work set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Qualifications: Any Graduate or PB ( MBA Preferred)
Salary up to 55,000 (Depending on the work experience)
Skills:
ï‚· Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
ï‚· Expert with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
ï‚· Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation
methods.
ï‚· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
ï‚· Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates proactively.
ï‚· A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
ï‚· Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience:
ï‚· Minimum 7+ years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
ï‚· Input into overall hiring strategy of the organisation to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of
of qualified individuals.
ï‚· Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in
mind.
ï‚· Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as
employer branding initiatives.
ï‚· Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
ï‚· Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer
expectations.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
ï‚· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and
departments.
ï‚· Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other
members of staff.
ï‚· Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional
networks
ï‚· Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for
each position.
ï‚· Identify and refine the most suitable talent among the available candidates.
ï‚· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and
in-person interviews, if possible
 Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references.
ï‚· Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
ï‚· Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and
related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
