Job Opening: Team Lead – ED / Surgery Coding

Location: Onsite – MCK Taguig, Cyber Sigma Building

Schedule: Day Shift

Salary: Open

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations of the coding and auditing team, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality delivery

Achieve and maintain 100% productivity & quality targets in line with client expectations

Monitor and manage team utilization by tracking workload, attendance, and attrition

Use data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required: Expertise in Emergency Department (ED) Facility, Surgery, and Observation Coding

Experience:
- 3–4 years in hands-on medical coding
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Team Lead in a similar coding process
- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience (mandatory)

Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills
