We're Hiring: Team Lead – Healthcare Account

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift: US Business Hours
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and support a Healthcare account team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, healthcare or insurance industry knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Reporting

Oversee daily team operations and workflow management.
Monitor and track team performance metrics and KPIs.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and management.

Team Management

Conduct shift briefings, huddles, and team meetings.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Foster employee engagement and a positive team culture.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address performance or quality issues.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years of college or a College Graduate.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead.

Healthcare account experience is highly preferred.

Background in Insurance, Claims Processing, or U.S. Benefits Administration.

Stable employment history (not a job hopper).

Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.

Preferred Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with reporting and data presentation experience.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance requirements.
