Hiring for the post of a TEAM LEAD in BGC, Taguig, intrested/Qualified person should PM me.

Open the Team Lead role of Singlife. Please see below details and the attached Job Description:

Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000

Work Set up: On-site

Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Rotational/Shifting Schedule

Employment Type: Permanent

HMO: Day 1 for Principal plus 1 free dependent upon regularization (250k per illness per year)

Qualifications:

● Strong customer service background in the BPO industry.

● At least one year of experience handling a Life Insurance account is required.

● At least two years of solid Team Lead experience.

● Currently employed or is already rendering with the current company.

● Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

● Strong analytical and leadership skills.

● Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring everyone meets the company and client's

performance standards.

● Capable of doing Business Reviews.

● Capable of conducting data analysis (RCA) and reporting on the results.

● Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig) and in rotational shifts
