Job Title: Team Leader

Account: Telco

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 + ₱2,000 allowance (Negotiable up to ₱50,000)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and performance targets
Ensure adherence to client quality and compliance standards
Analyze performance data and implement improvements
Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
Monitor KPIs and report to Operations Manager
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years Team Leader experience in Telco account (BPO)
Strong technical troubleshooting experience (AT&T or similar)
High School / SHS Graduate or Bachelor’s degree
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig
Preferably residing near Taguig, Pasay, Makati, Mandaluyong, or Pasig
