We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a UK Financial Collections team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, banking and collections experience, and a proven ability to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a Financial Collections team.
Monitor daily operations and team performance.
Ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved.
Coach and mentor team members.
Analyze collections reports and improve productivity.
Handle escalations and support continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Financial Collections.
Experience handling UK, US, or Australian Banking/Collections accounts.
Strong knowledge of banking processes and collections workflows.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Stable employment history.
Must not be a current or former Wipro employee.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a UK shifting schedule.
