Role: Team Manager – Tech Sales
Account: GoDaddy (Webhosting) Inbound Support (sales)
Location: Shaw, Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Full onsite (Shaw, Mandaluyong)
Hiring Urgency: ASAP
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000 package (basic + allowance)
Job Description
Managers in this role get to:
• Lead with Impact: Drive daily sales operations by setting clear goals, tracking team performance, and achieving outstanding results.
• Coach and Develop: Empower team members through training, mentoring, and skill development to help them excel and grow.
• Monitor Performance: Utilize key metrics to ensure the team is meeting objectives, address challenges, and promote accountability.
• Shape Sales Strategy: Design and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with our company’s vision and goals.
• Inspire Excellence: Foster a motivating, high-energy environment where top performers are recognized, and morale stays high.
• Focus on Customers: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that escalated issues are handled promptly and effectively.
• Drive Results: Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to upper management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
• 3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry.
• 2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability.
• A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.
• Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.
• A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Sales Background is highly recommended.
• Background with Website and Marketing
Key Qualifications:
• Strong background in Sales and/or Software environment
• Technical knowledge required, including basic understanding of domain management, web hosting, and cPanel
• Proven experience in setting and driving sales targets
• Ability to identify key leading indicators to improve sales performance
• Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Action Plans
• Strong leadership, coaching, and SMART Coaching skills
• Capable of developing and executing 30-60-90 day performance plans
• Relevant leadership and functional tenure in a similar role
