Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve their IT issues. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' IT systems operate seamlessly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.

Document support interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical support or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
