This is a perfect opportunity for High School and Senior High School graduates, career shifters, and individuals with no BPO experience who want to start their career in the call center industry.
*Job Description:*
Teleperformance Molino is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account. No call center or BPO experience is required! We provide paid training to help you succeed. If you have good communication skills and are willing to work onsite, we want you on our team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to retail products and services
- Assist customers with orders, product information, returns, and general concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and follow standard processes
- Meet quality and performance targets
*Qualifications:*
- No BPO / Call Center experience required - Open to first-timers and career shifters
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Molino, Cavite
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Customer service oriented and willing to learn
