Job Description:
Teleperformance McKinley is urgently hiring for our Banking and Insurance Account! Great opportunity for candidates with experience in banking, financial, or insurance BPO accounts.
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries related to banking and insurance products and services
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently
Process transactions and assist with account-related requests
Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with policies
Qualifications:
At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
With at least 12 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) in BPO
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in McKinley
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
