Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years’ work experience in US/UK collections, banking operations, and training in a call center or shared services environment.
• Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes.
• Excellent communication & feedback/coaching Skills
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
• Preferred with collections experience in motor finance experience
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of UK collections domain, regulations, and bucket flows.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for training teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
Training new hires, coaching agents, managing quality metrics, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
