Job Description: Trainer II
Position Overview
The Trainer II is responsible for the delivey and facilitation of training programs for the workforce, focusing on functional and technical areas. This role involves managing training materials, coordinating schedules, and improving day-to-day training processes. The position requires a professional who can work independently to initiate workloads, execute specialized projects, and provide expertise to support the team’s development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
•Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions using provided materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and course evaluations.
•Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate training schedules based on identified requirements and operational needs.
•Process Improvement: Significantly contribute to the refinement of day-to-day training activities and processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
•Project Management: Execute specialized training projects and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
•Mentorship & Leadership: Provide professional expertise to less experienced team members and take responsibility for end-product quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
•At least 2–3 years of experience as a Healthcare Trainer. Prior experience in the relevant healthcare field is required.
•Must be able to start ASAP (target start date: July 13, 2026).
•BPO-aligned experience is preferred.
•Education: College graduate preferred.
•Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and disciplines, with the ability to manage short-term activities and operational decisions within a defined scope.
•Leadership: Ability to supervise less experienced professionals and serve as a subject matter expert.
•Schedule: Must be willing to work a night-shift schedule.
•Location: Must be willing to work on-site at TP Vertis, Quezon City.
•Competencies: Strong ability to work independently, proactively manage workload, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery.
