About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer (Lead – Technical Training) to design, deliver, and evaluate both soft skills and technical training programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in collections.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and evaluate soft skills and technical training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

Develop, revise, and maintain training materials and documentation to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Conduct end-to-end facilitation of new hire training, nesting, and blended learning programs.

Supervise and coach learners during nesting, OJT, and other training phases to ensure performance readiness.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help trainees meet or exceed performance metrics.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand training needs, address issues, and meet operational goals.

Complete accurate and timely training reports and performance evaluations.

Engage in continuous self-development and certification during non-training periods.

Facilitate refresher and enhancement training sessions as required.
Qualifications

Collections background is required.

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Communication major preferred).

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a corporate or BPO Trainer.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strategic thinker with a focus on solutions and process improvements.

Willing to work flexible or shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts.
