Job Title: Trainer – UK Financial Collections
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (100% Onsite)
Account: UK Financial Collections
Work Shift: Shifting Schedules (UK Time)
Salary: Up to PHP 60,000 Basic + PHP 2,400 Allowance (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Trainer – UK Financial Collections to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training within a call center or shared services environment. This role is responsible for training new hires, coaching agents, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire and refresher training programs.
Deliver instructor-led training sessions in both virtual and classroom (F2F) environments.
Coach and mentor agents to improve performance and achieve business goals.
Monitor training effectiveness and identify learning gaps.
Ensure compliance with UK financial collections processes and regulations.
Manage quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare training materials, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance employee performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
2–4 years of experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training within a call center or shared services environment.
Basic understanding of training methodologies for virtual and face-to-face instructor-led training.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills.
Stable employment history (not a job hopper).
Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of UK collections processes, regulations, and bucket flows.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
