Job Title: Training Content Designer

Location: EDSA Greenfield, Philippines
Work Setup: Work from Home
Shift: To Be Determined (TBD)
Salary: Up to PHP 55,000 (Depending on Skills and Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer with experience in Instructional Design and E-Learning Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and be passionate about designing engaging digital learning solutions that support business and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses and digital training materials.
Analyze learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop effective training content.
Create instructional materials, assessments, job aids, facilitator guides, and learner resources.
Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
Support trainers by providing instructional guidance and facilitating training rollouts when required.
Evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate learning metrics and recommend improvements.
Ensure all learning materials meet quality standards and project timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, when necessary, for training development projects.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design.
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.
Experience in E-Learning Development.
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience creating interactive digital learning modules.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
