Salary Range: ₱110,000 (Standard budget; negotiable based on qualifications)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services (Insurance and Mortgage) domain. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance operational performance, compliance, and quality outcomes across teams.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a solid understanding of adult learning principles and BPO training environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end training function for the Insurance and Mortgage line of business.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.
Design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives, quality metrics, and compliance standards.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to ensure training supports performance goals.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, analyze performance trends, and drive process improvements.
Manage a team of trainers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and continuous development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to customize learning solutions and ensure business readiness.
Maintain training documentation and ensure proper reporting of outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Training or Business-related courses preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of BPO experience as a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager.
Strong experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Mortgage domain.
C1 English language proficiency or higher (both written and spoken).
Certification in Training and Development or Instructional Design is an advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must not be a former employee of restricted clients.
Amenable to work onsite in Makati and on night shift schedule.
