Title: Transformation Management Assistant Manager – 1HC (1HC at least have Banking and Financial Services Experience)

Level: Assistant Manager

Work Setup: WFH/Remote any location in PH

Shift: Night-Shift

Salary: Maximum of 65K basic

Requirements:

• Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience

• Yellow Belt Trained/Certified

• Relevant experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus

• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Must have at least 2 years Six Sigma Experience/ Practitioner

• Must have at least 2 years of overall work experience related in Business Excellence

• With leadership experience

Job Description:

• Lead impacting transformation projects including levers like Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process.

• Process discovery, shape and orchestrate interventions that combine data, technology, people, and process transformation.

• Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering successful business outcomes

• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
