We have an ongoing hiring for Business Intelligence Analyst/Reporting Analyst for our BPO Partner in Makati.
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst/Reporting Analyst
Work Location: Alphaland, Makati
Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite/Shifting
HC:3
Overview:
- Responsible for generating insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyze performance metrics and trends
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in reporting or analytics in BPO
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills
